Terms of Purchase

By purchasing any product from our store, you agree to the following Terms of Purchase. Please read them carefully before completing your order.


1. Digital Product Nature

All products sold in this store are digital items.
No physical product will be shipped.

Account credentials or digital files are delivered automatically or shortly after payment confirmation through the delivery system used by the store.

Once the product information has been delivered, the item is considered received and consumed, and therefore cannot be returned.


2. Product Description Responsibility

It is the buyer’s responsibility to read the full product description before purchasing.

By completing the purchase, the buyer confirms that they understand:

  • What the product includes

  • How the product works

  • Any limitations or requirements described on the product page

Failure to read the product description does not qualify for a refund.


3. Account-Based Products

Some products sold in this store consist of access to pre-existing gaming accounts.

The buyer receives access credentials for the account and agrees to:

  • Use the account responsibly

  • Follow any instructions provided with the product

  • Avoid making changes that could compromise account stability during the recommended period

The store is not responsible for issues caused by user modifications or misuse after delivery.


4. Warranty and Functionality Guarantee

We guarantee that the product will be functional at the time of delivery.

If the buyer receives:

  • Incorrect login credentials

  • An inaccessible account

  • A product with technical issues preventing normal use

The buyer may request a replacement account, or a refund if a replacement is not available.

The issue must be reported within the support period specified on the product page.


5. Warranty Void Conditions

The warranty becomes void immediately if the buyer modifies the account in any way, including but not limited to:

  • Changing the password

  • Changing the email address

  • Adding a phone number

  • Modifying recovery methods

  • Enabling or altering security settings

Any modification is considered acceptance and permanent use of the product.

After modification, no refunds or replacements will be provided.


6. Non-Refundable Situations

Refunds will not be issued under the following circumstances:

  • Purchases made by mistake

  • Buyer already owns the game or product

  • Buyer dissatisfaction after successful delivery

  • Successful login to the account

  • Failure to read the product description

  • Issues caused by changes made by the buyer

Because digital goods cannot be returned once accessed, these cases are considered completed transactions.


7. Exchanges

Product exchanges are available only if the product has a technical issue and has not been altered by the buyer.

Exchanges are not provided for accidental purchases.


8. Chargeback and Fraud Policy

Opening a chargeback for a fully delivered and functional digital product is considered fraudulent misuse.

In such cases, we reserve the right to submit all relevant evidence to the payment processor or financial institution, including:

  • Delivery confirmation logs

  • Account access proof

  • Login timestamps

  • The refund policy accepted during purchase

Fraudulent chargebacks may lead to account bans, permanent purchase restrictions, or legal action where applicable.


9. Support

Customer support is available for:

  • Login assistance

  • Account access issues

  • Technical problems with the delivered product

Support is not provided for:

  • Personal account modifications

  • Security changes made by the buyer

  • Issues caused after altering the account


10. Agreement

By purchasing from this store, the buyer confirms that they have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms of Purchase.
